Crossroads Fitness offers a variety of Workshops!

What is a Workshop Class?
These are fee-based classes that are designed to give members more of a focus point on specific types of workouts! Workshops are offered at certain times with instructors who specialize in different areas.  Workshops range from Yoga to Sports Conditioning to Zumba Toning and much more! When attending Workshop classes the member commits to anywhere from 6-8 weeks. This is designed to reach your goals and maximize your potential in class

Who are they for?
Workshops are designed for anyone who wants to gain knowledge and strength in a smaller class setting. 

How many people per class?
You can sign up for Workshop classes at  Crossroads Fitness front desk. There is a 12 member cap on most Workshop classes. This it to make each class more personalized and give the member a chance to connect with the group exercise instructor. Crossroads Fitness feels that our members benefit more with a smaller class and more attention from their instructors.

Sports Conditioning - with Allen Russell

Not just for the athlete!
If your New Years Resolutions include improving your performance on any   athletic endeavor or just kicking up your overall fitness level this workshop is for you. By incorporating the revolutionary TRX, kettlebells, plyometrics & integrated exercises this class will lift your training to the next level.

All activities and exercises will be designed to improve your fitness and function for any sport or activity and can be tailored for any level. There will also be opportunities to personalize your workout for specific goals.

Spots are limited so reserve yours today.

The class meets twice per week, Tuesday and Thursday Nights from 5:45-6:45 pm. North Location!
