Letter From Our Owner

May 28th, 2020

Dear Crossroads Fitness Members,

We are so happy to see so many of our amazing members faces back at Crossroads.  We have missed you and being part of your daily life.  As expected, May has been a month of transition with opening of the Crossroads North Club.  As promised, we did not charge dues in the months of April and May.  We wanted May to be a “Comeback to Crossroads – at your own Pace!”

Mesa County Health Department has recently released Phase II.  As of Monday, June 1st, Crossroads Fitness is able to open more of the club and amenities.  The North Club will be opening limited group exercise classes, the pool area, and locker rooms.  The Kids Club will remain closed at this time.  We will continue to monitor reports from MCPH over the coming weeks. If we do not see a rise in cases we will plan to open Kids Club June 15th.  If you plan to use the shower area, please bring your own towel.

Also, on June 1st, The Downtown Club will open.  As the Alpine Bank Lobby remains closed, entrance and exit protocol will be shared with the Downtown members.  There will not be group exercise classes, towel service, bagels and coffee at this time.  If you plan to shower, please bring your own towel.

We will continue to follow the protocol issued by the Mesa County Health Department.  We are requiring members to wear masks when entering and exiting the club.  We are strongly encouraging members to wear their masks during their workout, but it is not required.  Members are reminded to keep the 6 ft. social distancing between members and staff.  We all need to do our part in wiping down equipment before and after use and washing our hands. For more details, click on the “Phase II” section on the website or in the weekly member email.

Although, we will begin to hold in-club group exercise classes, we will continue with live Facebook classes.  Many of you are not on social media, so we will be offering pre-recorded classes of some of your favorites, as well.   We will film these classes and make them available through our website for easy viewing at your convenience.  There is also the easy login to the Silver Sneakers website for classes.

Looking forward into June – our billing will resume.  If you have any billing questions, do not hesitate to call or contact us through our website contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible. In you need any assistance, please let us know and we will gladly help you with your individual needs.

Thank you again for your understanding, loyalty and friendship!  We love being your community, your club – Your Crossroads!  We want you to stay engaged – for YOU!  We need each other more than ever. Let us go forward together.

Sincerely,

Your Crossroads Fitness Family

April 28th, 2020

Dear Crossroads Fitness Members,

We know that many of you have unanswered questions. Many of you want to know when Crossroads Fitness will reopen. That date has not been finalized. We will keep you informed of our reopen date. This date will be based on two things: The approval of Mesa County’s proposal of reopening by Governor Polis AND the date we feel is the most beneficial and safe for our staff and members.

It is hard to believe that seven weeks ago we closed our doors with the unknown ahead of us. As we keep navigating our way through these uncertain times, it has been amazing to witness the hard work and acts of kindness of everyone here at Crossroads and throughout our community.

We are now able to start to begin the transition to reopen. This does not mean that everything will go back to the way it was. Which means we will need to constantly re-evaluate how we can provide the safest environment for you, our members and our staff.

May will be a month of transition. Crossroads would like to invest in you, our member. We have waived membership dues in April and would like to extend that offer to include the month of May. You will not have to pay May’s membership dues.

Whether you have been with us since we opened or joined just as we closed our doors, we truly mean “Comeback at your own pace.” We want all our members to do things at your comfort levels. Each of us are different; it is this diversity that makes our city, state, and country what it is. We understand these differences will drive how we all choose to go forward and how we live our lives.

Everyone here at Crossroads encourages you to take the month of May at your own pace. Whether you are ready to get back into a routine with your trainer or if you want to take a little more time before you venture back into the club. We want you to feel comfortable. Know that when you do come back, there will be new policies and protocols to make sure you are safe.

We are grateful for one thing this virus has given us: time. Over the past seven weeks we have had the opportunity to reinvest in the clubs and complete projects that we are confident will add to your member experience here are Crossroads. We are SO excited to show you!

We are more committed than ever to our community, to our staff, and to you – our members. We are excited to have you back in the club and launch our “COMEBACK CROSSROADS – AT YOUR PACE” reopening. We will keep you updated as more specific details unfold.

As always, thank you for being a loyal member!
