BODY FLOW™: This Les Mills program combines the power of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates in a workout that builds flexibility, strength and balance. Each class follows a sequence of exercise disciplines and is made up of 45 minutes of simple, yet challenging, exercises followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and cool-down. You’ll leave feeling long, lean, strong, calm, centered and powerful. |
