Cycling/Barre

Details: Your cycling experience will be inhanced while you  pedal hard through interval training during the first half of class. The second part of class you will experience a Barre class where you will isolates the major muscles groups through non-impact moves, then stretching the muscles to create long lean muscles. Every class, modifications and challenages are incorporated to each individual fitness level.
