Details: This is an exclusive class to Crossroads Fitness and one of the quickest ways to change the shape and definition of your body. This hour-long weight training class utilizes a barbell with adjustable weights to strengthen, define and chisel every muscle in your body for a full-body workout.  Each CHISEL® instructor individually designs and creates each class to meet member needs.
