Details: WARM YOGA: Warm Yoga incorporates balance, strength and flexibility into form and movement while working in a mildly heated environment. It is recommended for everyone, from beginners to advanced students, as the tradition of this method is to have all students practicing the same posture at different levels of ability while receiving the same benefits.
